  1. Host computer system problem?

  2. Printer can not print?

    • Check power supply, connections, & paper source.
    • The printer name can not use Chinese characters.
    • Print test page:

      Printer Properties -> test print.

    • Self-test:

      Turn off the printer power, and then Press the printer's "FEED" button, do not release, then turn on power button, the printer should print the information properly. if the printer does not print or garbled, indicating that the printer is damaged, or in need of repair replacement.

    • Clear memory:

      Turn off the computer and the printer, take off power sources from printer, wait for at least 40 seconds, then power on.
